You choose and supply physical wrapping, bags, cards and add-on products. Your team remains responsible for preparation, stock, shipping and fulfillment. Option availability depends on your setup, eligible products and plan.
For multi recipient gifting, fulfill the recipient orders. The parent order records the combined payment. Review shipping, taxes and reporting in the multi recipient fulfillment guide before taking live orders.
Digital gift cards follow Shopify’s native issuance and redemption behavior. A greeting-card product, a personal gift message and digital gift-card value are different services.
App fees and shopper prices
Basic $3.99/month, Growth $9.99/month, Pro $19.99/month, Concierge $59.99/month. Growth adds digital gift cards and branded AI artwork; Pro adds multi recipient gifting; Concierge adds personalized onboarding, live support and scoped custom requests. All four offer a 15-day recurring-fee trial, subject to Shopify eligibility. Text costs $0.50, audio and video $1.00 each. Message usage is billed separately. You can pass message costs on to shoppers by setting your own message prices. Shopify bills app usage to your store separately.
