Who supplies the gift wrapping and bags?
Your store supplies and fulfills the physical wrapping and bags. PrepMyGifts helps you present and manage the options shoppers can select.
Can I set my own wrapping prices?
Yes. You set each option’s name and price in your store currency. You can also add an image and description to help shoppers choose.
Where do shoppers choose their gift options?
Gift options can appear in the product and cart journey through the Shopify theme extension. What appears depends on your setup, enabled services, available options, and product eligibility.
Can I stop offering an option?
You can change an option’s active status or disable its service. Turning it off does not remove gift options that were already purchased.
How is the app billed?
Basic $3.99/month, Growth $9.99/month, Pro $19.99/month, Concierge $59.99/month. All four plans offer a 15-day recurring-fee trial, subject to Shopify eligibility. Text messages cost $0.50 each; audio and video cost $1.00 each. Usage is billed separately, including during trials. Shopify bills subscription and usage charges. You can pass message costs on to shoppers by setting your own message prices. Shopify bills app usage to your store separately.
