How is the app billed?
Basic $3.99/month, Growth $9.99/month, Pro $19.99/month, Concierge $59.99/month. All four plans offer a 15-day recurring-fee trial, subject to Shopify eligibility. Text messages cost $0.50 each; audio and video cost $1.00 each. Usage is billed separately, including during trials. Shopify bills subscription and usage charges. You can pass message costs on to shoppers by setting your own message prices. Shopify bills app usage to your store separately.
