Open your personal gift message
Your recipient link opens the personal message attached to your physical gift in the browser.
How to use it
- Open the link delivered for your gift. Wait while the page checks whether it is ready.
- When you see the gift instructions, unwrap the product and choose Scan my gift.
- Allow camera access and follow the photo instructions.
- After the gift is matched, open the message and use its playback controls.
What to know
No separate app installation is required for this browser flow. Keep your private gift link to yourself.
A message that is not ready may still be waiting for the sender’s upload or completion. This experience is separate from a Shopify gift-card code email.
What happens next
Your text, audio or video message opens after the gift is successfully verified.
