After gift verification, read the text or play the personal audio or video message.
How to use it
- Open the message through the recipient gift flow.
- For audio or video, use the player’s Play control and turn up your device volume.
- If the browser blocks automatic playback, press Play yourself.
- Use the available player controls to pause or replay the message.
What to know
An optional reaction prompt may appear for enabled audio/video gifts. You can decline recording and continue to the message.
Playback needs an internet connection. If the page fails to load, reopen the original gift link and try again.
What happens next
You can enjoy the message using the controls shown by your browser and the gift page.
