• Your gift message is not readyIf the gift link opens but the message is not ready, the sender may still need to finish it. A failed photo match is a different problem.
• Fix camera access or gift-photo matchingUse the browser’s camera permissions and a clear photo of the actual gift to complete verification.
• Fix audio or video playbackCheck the media controls and browser before trying to open the gift again.
