Take a photo to unlock a gift message
Take a clear photo of the actual product to verify the gift and reveal its message.
How to use it
- Unwrap the gift fully and open Scan my gift from your recipient link.
- Allow your browser to use the camera. Position the product inside the guide with enough light.
- Wait for the camera to be ready, then use the capture button. Hold the phone steady while the photo is checked.
- If matching fails, follow the retry instructions and use a clearer view of the product.
What to know
Photograph the actual product, fully unwrapped. Its appearance should match the gift image attached to the message; a shipping box or different item can fail the check.
Follow the retry or wait instructions shown on screen. If matching keeps failing, ask the sender or store to check the gift details.
What happens next
