Find and use your Shopify gift card
Shopify gift cards are delivered by the purchasing store and contain a code to redeem with that store.
How to use it
- Look for the store’s gift-card email, including spam or junk folders.
- Open the gift-card link or code in that email.
- Follow the store’s checkout instructions to redeem it.
- Ask the purchasing store about the remaining balance, an invalid code or a missing email.
What to know
A native Shopify gift card does not require photo matching through PrepMyGifts. Its value, code and balance are managed by Shopify for the store.
Physical greeting cards and gift-message links are separate products and do not carry this monetary balance.
What happens next
The store applies eligible gift-card value at checkout and owns support for the code.
