• Send gifts to multiple addressesSend the same set of gifts to several addresses, or create separate carts for different gifts. Review all deliveries and pay once through Shopify.
• Organize different gifts into cartsCreate a separate cart for each group that should receive a different set of gifts.
• Add recipients and check their addressesEnter a separate delivery address for each recipient in the selected cart.
• Import recipients from a CSV fileUpload a CSV to add many delivery addresses to one cart without entering them individually.
• Add a shared note to a gift cartAdd one optional text note for everyone receiving the selected cart.
• Review shipping, taxes and discountsThe review shows the cost of each recipient’s delivery and the combined amount to pay.
• Continue a saved cart or start a new orderReopen multi-address gifting in the same browser session to continue the order you were building.
• Track every recipient deliveryUse your buyer tracking link to see the recipient deliveries attached to your paid multi-address order.
• Request cancellation of a recipient deliveryAsk the store to cancel items that have not yet been fulfilled, using your verified buyer tracking page.
• Understand cancellation refunds and store creditAfter reviewing a cancellation, the store may refund the original payment, issue Shopify store credit or use a supported combination of the two.
