Add a greeting card or recommended product
Physical greeting cards and recommended products can be added directly from the gift popup.
How to use it
- Open gift options and find the Greeting cards or Recommended add-ons row.
- Review the product name, image and price.
- Use its Add control. Wait for the addition to finish before continuing.
- Review the cart to confirm the product and quantity before checkout.
What to know
A greeting card is a physical product, not a Shopify gift card with a monetary balance. It does not automatically include a recorded gift message.
These additions use the store’s normal checkout, taxes, stock and fulfillment. If the cart display does not refresh after an accepted addition, check your cart before trying again.
What happens next
The product is purchased with your order. Contact the store about physical card contents or fulfillment.
