Continue a saved cart or start a new order
Reopen multi-address gifting in the same browser session to continue the order you were building.
How to use it
- Reopen the store’s multi-address gifting and wait for your saved carts to load.
- If the carts are editable, check the products, addresses and total before continuing.
- If you see Continue checkout, use that link to return to the existing Shopify checkout.
- For a completed order or another order that cannot be edited, choose Start new order to create fresh carts.
What to know
Starting a new order leaves the previous purchase intact. Use the old purchase’s tracking link to view it.
Saved access depends on the same browser session. If you clear browser data or switch devices, your unfinished carts may not reopen. If Start new order fails, retry and wait for confirmation.
What happens next
A new workspace starts with empty carts. Past purchases remain accessible through their buyer tracking links.
