Choose gift options while shopping
Add the finishing touches offered by the store before you check out. The options you see depend on the store, the product and the features it has enabled.
How to use it
- Open the store’s gift options from the product or cart experience.
- Choose wrapping, a bag or a personal message. When asked, select the item you want to make a gift.
- Follow the prompts and add the option to your cart. Greeting cards and recommended products have their own Add controls.
- Review the products, quantities and gift-option charges in your Shopify cart before checkout.
What to know
An option may be hidden when the store has disabled it, has no active options or has excluded the product. Contact the store if you are unsure whether a product can be gifted.
The store sets the prices you pay. PrepMyGifts merchant subscription and usage fees are separate from your checkout.
What happens next
Check that the selected gift options appear in the store cart, then complete checkout to place your order.
