Add a shared note to a gift cart
Add one optional text note for everyone receiving the selected cart.
How to use it
- Select the cart and finish adding its products and delivery addresses.
- Choose Continue to message when offered. Write your note under Add a shared note?.
- Check the preview. Keep the note within 1000 characters.
- Choose Review deliveries to keep the note, or No shared message to continue without one.
What to know
Every recipient of this cart gets the same note alongside their gift details. Use separate carts when different groups need different notes.
This step adds text only. To add an individual audio or video message to a regular gift, use the store’s separate Gift messages option.
What happens next
The note is saved with the cart and carried into its recipient gift details.
