Write a personal gift message
Write a personal note for the recipient to open with their gift.
How to use it
- Choose Gift messages, select the gift item and select Text.
- Enter the requested sender and recipient details.
- Write your message and check the text before adding it. Text messages can contain up to 1000 characters.
- Choose an available delivery channel and timing, then add the message option and complete checkout.
What to know
Only the channels configured for the store are available. Phone delivery asks for permission to send the gift notification.
A shared note in a multi-address cart is a separate feature; follow that cart’s Message step for shared notes.
What happens next
The recipient link is queued for sending after checkout is paid, the message is ready and the chosen delivery time or event has been reached.
