Resolve multi-address checkout problems

Multi-address checkout requires complete carts, valid destinations and a current accepted quote.

Try these checks

  1. Check the buyer email, products and recipients in every cart.
  2. Follow the error to the affected recipient and correct its address or unavailable item.
  3. Wait for delivery checks, select an available shipping method and refresh the quote if requested.
  4. If checkout already exists, continue it rather than creating a second purchase. Contact the store if checkout remains unavailable.

What to know

Checkout can be unavailable because of the store’s settings, subscription or shipping coverage. Contact the store if the page still blocks checkout after you fix the details it highlights.

After a payment attempt, check the order or payment status before retrying. A processing message is not permission to pay twice.

What happens next

A ready order can continue to its single Shopify checkout. Unresolved store-side issues need merchant review.
