Record or upload an audio or video message
Add your voice or a video to the gift. You can record in a supported browser or upload an existing file.
How to use it
- Choose an Audio or Video gift message and select Record now or Upload now.
- Allow microphone access for audio, and camera and microphone access for video. Wait until recording is ready before starting.
- Record, stop and play the preview. Record again or replace the file if needed.
- Choose delivery details, add the message option and complete checkout.
What to know
Audio can be up to 1 MB and video up to 50 MB. The limit applies to recordings as well as selected files; MB here uses 1024 × 1024 bytes. Follow the file types shown by the upload field.
If permission is blocked, enable access in browser settings or upload a file instead. A video preview should show your camera while recording.
What happens next
After the upload finishes, the message is attached to your gift. Its recipient link is sent once checkout is paid and the selected delivery condition is met.
