Choose which gifting features shoppers see
Choose which gift services are offered from the Home page of the merchant app.
How to use it
- Open PrepMyGifts → Home.
- Enable the services you want: gift bags, greeting cards, upsells, gift wrapping, gift messages or multi-address shipping.
- Configure the options in their matching tabs.
- Preview the gift popup on an eligible storefront product.
What to know
Switching a service off keeps its saved options for later. Gift options already purchased remain on their orders.
Create and activate catalog options before testing the service. Multi-address gifting also needs a plan that includes it and saved shipping settings.
What happens next
Shoppers see the enabled and available services that apply to their product.
