Fulfill recipient orders in Shopify
Handle recipient fulfillment through Shopify Orders; the app provides a consolidated view.
How to use it
- Open the multi-address purchase in PrepMyGifts → Orders.
- Find the recipient order and follow its Shopify link.
- Fulfill the actual products in Shopify using your normal process and tracking details.
- Return to the app or buyer tracking page and refresh to review the latest available status.
What to know
Open the recipient’s Shopify order to fulfill the products. The payment order records the combined charge and is not the product shipment.
The app’s order view is read-only. Delivery updates rely on Shopify and carrier tracking; some carriers do not provide a delivered update.
What happens next
Recipient delivery status reflects the Shopify data available to the app.
