Find gift options and messages on orders
Use Orders to find purchased gift options and the details your team needs for preparation.
How to use it
- Open PrepMyGifts → Orders.
- Search by order, customer or recipient and choose the date, enhancement type or status filters.
- Open an order row to inspect gift-option and message details.
- Use the relevant Shopify order to perform fulfillment or other order actions.
What to know
Gift wrapping, bags, physical cards and add-ons are purchased items your store supplies. Message media is separate from physical preparation.
Multi-address purchases have a separate view with payment and recipient order roles; use that view for their deliveries.
What happens next
Your fulfillment team can identify what was purchased and open the appropriate Shopify order.
