Set shopper prices for gift messages
Set the amount shoppers pay to add a personal message from your store.
How to use it
- Open PrepMyGifts → Gift Messages and find the message option you want to price.
- Open its price editor. Enter the shopper price in the Price field; the message type cannot be renamed here.
- Choose Update Price and wait for the confirmation.
- Enable Gift Messages on Home, then check the displayed price in the gift popup and cart.
What to know
The shopper price is what your customer pays at checkout. Your separate PrepMyGifts message usage charge appears in Shopify app billing.
Changing the price does not change message limits: 1000 characters for text, 1 MB for audio and 50 MB for video.
What happens next
The saved price is applied to the message option shoppers can purchase.
