Export and combine order reports

Use the app export with the ordinary Shopify export to avoid counting payment and recipient records twice.

How to use it

  1. Choose the purchase-date range you want to report. The app’s date range uses UTC; use the same range for the Shopify export.
  2. Exclude all orders tagged PMG Multi Address from the regular Shopify order export, including both payment and recipient orders.
  3. In the app’s multi-address view, download Orders snapshot for that range.
  4. Append those rows to the Shopify export by matching column names. Check Notes and the order totals before using the combined file.

What to know

The app export uses one purchase identity, with one row per recipient product. Only its first product row includes the order-level amounts, so do not repeat those totals on every row.

Refunded Amount includes original-payment refunds and store credit; Notes separates them. Orders snapshot shows the current totals for purchases created in the selected dates, including later refunds. Use Transaction history for money movements that happened during a date range. Unavailable fields stay blank.

What happens next

Your combined report includes ordinary store orders and one coherent multi-address purchase breakdown.
