How to use it

  1. In Orders, open Multi-address gifts and select the purchase.
  2. Review the payment order, recipients and any attention states.
  3. Open a recipient’s Shopify order for its products, address and fulfillment.
  4. Use the copyable app purchase link or linked Shopify orders to revisit the purchase.

What to know

The payment order records the buyer’s combined payment. A recipient order may show a manual payment record for its share of that amount; the buyer was not charged again.

Both records can appear in Shopify reports. Use the app’s reporting guide to avoid counting the same purchase twice.

What happens next

Fulfill the recipient orders. Use the parent payment record and app financial summary when reviewing money.
